A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Cobham in Surrey for a Chef de Partie to work in their busy luxury 4* hotel. The Hotel has a 2AA Rosette awarded restaurant alongside weddings and functions.

The role

*You will work on all sections of the kitchen
*Using fresh ingredients to prepare 2AA rosette level modern British food
*Ensuring your section is kept clean and tidy

The Person

* You will already be a Chef de Partie in a Hotel/Restaurant
* Experience of luxury hotel market 1/2AA rosette level - great opportunity!
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History
