Junior Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen with our client in the Lake District for a Junior Sous Chef. The Hotel has a been refurbished to a high standard and has a modern informal relaxed dining environment. The menu is to a high 2AA rosette level with the Head Chef looking to push for further accolades.

The Role

* Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
* Working in the 2-3AA Rosette level kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
* Preparing meals for the restaurant, weddings and private functions

The Person

* You will already be a Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working in a 2AA rosette kitchen or higher level
* Good attention to detail
* Steady Career History. Not long spells of relief or overseas work.
