Chef de Partie Busy Hotel Cirencester £19k + live in Chef de Partie

Chef de Partie. Our client based near Cirencester is urgently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join their brigade. This is an opportunity, for a Chef de Partie, to join a fantastic hotel that has a an excellent reputation with both locals and tourists.

The Role

* Working on all sections of the kitchen
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef
* Using fresh ingredients to produce meals for the restaurant, bar menu and room service

The Person

* Already a Chef de Partie or a Demi Chef
* Experience of working in 3/4 Star Hotels preferably to rosette standard
* Capable and able to work unsupervised
