Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their busy town house hotel serving food to AA rosette standard based in the market town of Kewsick. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef to take the next step in their career and manage an already popular and busy property. Managing your brigade you will serve food for the AA rosette restaurant, busy pub/bar and afternoon teas.

The Role

Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House Team
Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal menu
Managing and developing the brigade
Design and implement new menus and costings
Managing GP targets & Hygiene Standards

The Person

Already working as a Head Chef
Excellent Communicator & People person
Experience of 4* hotel kitchen with functions & banqueting
Good Kitchen manager
Strong Menu Planning and GP costing skills

Salary & Benefits

Salary £32-33k
