Immediate Start available in busy luxury hotel - Overtime Paid

Chef de Partie. Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their luxury Country Club near Warwick and Leamington Spa. They are looking for Chef who has experience of working at 1-2AA Rosette standard in a quality kitchen. An Immediate start is available for the right candidate.

The Role

* Working on the all Section's except Pastry
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
* Managing and ordering your own section

Experience

* You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a quality hotel, pub or restaurant
* Experience at 1-2AA rosette level
* Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent
* Knowledge of fine dining
