Assistant Manager - Dining Pub - Thame - £21k+3k tips = £4k package

Our client is recruiting an Assistant Manager for their outstanding food led dining pub in Thame. The business is all about offering great all fresh food to their customers in an busy yet relaxed atmosphere.

The Role

Supporting the General Manager
Training and developing the front of house team
Driving sales and achieving targets
Helping to develop the marketing of the business
Dealing with cash, opening and closing the business

The Person

Outgoing friendly and professional
Good knowledge of food and wine
Already working in a food led pub restaurant to AA rosette service levels
Good knowledge of standards
Ability to offer a friendly and relaxed service even when busy
