Chef De Partie Our client is a luxury 1AA rosette awarded Hotel in the New Forest who are recruiting a Chef de Partie. You will be a Chef de Partie working with the finest, freshest ingredients to produce food of a high standard.

The Role

• Working on all sections of the kitchen except Pastry
• The Chef De Partie will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
• Using fresh ingredients to produce meals of a high standard
• Opportunity for Career Progression

The Person

• Already a Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge in a 1AA rosette kitchen
• Experience of working with fresh food and college qualification
• Capable and able to work unsupervised
