Sous Chef Our client based in Brockenhurst in the New Forest, Hampshire is recruiting a Sous Chef for their stylish property. This is an opportunity for a talented Sous Chef who is looking for a new challenge. The property has an excellent reputation for its food and service standards and has a AA rosette level restaurant. The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef who can assist in delivering a modern, contemporary menu with all produce sourced and grown locally.

The Role
Key Responsibilities

• Management and Development of brigade in Head Chefs absence
• Ability to deliver modern 1-2AA rosette standard food
• Good Team Player & Motivator

The Person

• You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
• Have experience of working at 1-2AA rosette kitchen
• Ambitious and career orientated
