Excellent Role in Busy Restaurant in Derby

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Derby for a Head Chef to work in their fine dining restaurant & bar. The property has an has an excellent repuation for its food and service standards and is looking for a Head Chef or Sous Chef on promotion to lead the brigade and cook food to 2AA rosette level.

The Role

* Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
* Working in the 2AA Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
* Preparing and plating meals for Lunch & Dinner guests and private parties.

The Person

* You will already be a Head Chef or a Sous on promotion
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Have experience of working to 2AA rosette level
* Good attention to detail
* Steady Career History
