Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their popular City pub serving all fresh food based in Sheffield. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef to take the next step in their career and manage a busy kitchen brigade. The property serves all freshly prepared food with a modern seasonal menu to around 700 covers per week.

The Role

Working closely with the General Manager and Owners
Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal products
Manage, Coach, Train and develop the brigade
Maintaining the Hygiene & Cleaning in the Kitchen to High Standards
Managing GP targets & Food Costs

The Person

Already working as a Head Chef or look Sous looking for promotion
Excellent Communicator & People person
Experience of Fresh Food volume driven fresh kitchen
Good Kitchen manager
Strong Planning and GP costing skills

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary to £30k
