The Role

* Working on all kitchen sections
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef
* Working in a 3AA Rosette awarded Kitchen

The Person

* Already a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef looking to move up
* Experience of 2-3 AA rosette level
* Career focused and Team Player
* Wanting to learn and develop under top Head Chef
