New role for Sous Chef in busy All Fresh Food City Pub

Sous Chef. Our client based Sheffield City Centre is recruiting a Sous Chef to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity, for a Chef to join a busy and thriving pub using all fresh ingredients and serving large numbers of satisfied customers.

The Role

* Working on all sections of the kitchen
* Assisting & Deputising for the Head Chef - managing junior brigade members
* Using fresh ingredients to produce meals
* Opportunity for Career Progression

The Person

* Already a Sous Chef or strong CDP looking for first Sous Role
* Must have Experience of working in Hotels, Pubs or a Restaurant using fresh ingredients
* Capable and able to work unsupervised serving large numbers of guests
