Commis Chef 4* Hotel Windsor, £18.5k+ Live in Commis Chef

Our client is recruiting a Commis Chef for their 4* awarded hotel near Windsor. This is an opportunity for a Commis Chef to develop their career in a busy hotel working for an established Head Chef you will gain valuable experience and training. Experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage, however; college leavers will be equally considered as long as you are keen and enthusiastic with a willingness to develop your career.

The Job

*You will work on all sections of the kitchen
*Preparing the mise en place
*Ensuring your section is kept clean and tidy

Experience

* You will already have worked in a professional kitchen or be a keen college leaver
* Have basic knowledge of each section
* Have NVQ level 2 or equivalent
* Hard Working and Enthusiastic
* Keen to develop and learn.
