Our client in Corby, Northamptonshire is recruiting a Sous Chef to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity, for a Sous Chef to join a fantastic hotel that has a strong leisure and corporate business in this busy location. The Hotel has an immediate vacancy so can start someone asap.

The Role

* Working on all sections of the kitchen except Pastry
* Assisting and deputising for the Head Chef
* Using fresh ingredients to produce meals for the restaurant, functions bar menu and room service

The Person

* Already a Sous or aspiring Chef de Partie
* Experience of working in 3/4 Star Hotels preferably corporate/leisure market
* Capable and able to work unsupervised

Salary & Benefits

Salary to £10 per hour
All hours paid
