Sous Chef - Derby - City Centre Hotel - Sous Chef

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in Derby for a Sous Chef to work in their busy hotel. The Hotel has busy conferencing and banqueting operation as well as a busy restaurant and bar

The Role

* Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
* Encouraging and developing Junior Chefs
* Preparing meals for the busy bar/restaurant, conferences and functions
* Opportunity for career progression within the company

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Chef de Partie in a busy operation
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Have experience of working in a 4 busy hotel, or busy branded restaurant operation
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History
