Our client is a stunning Red Star, 3AA Rosette Country House Hotel in the glorious Peak District of Derbyshire who are looking for a talented Chef de Partie. You will work with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and work within a talented young team who are looking to gain higher accolades in the future.

This superb, privately owned Hotel has a fantastic reputation nationally, for its fine dining, weddings and leisure trade.

Job Description

You will be working as a Chef de Partie as part of a team of managing all aspects of the kitchen including ordering, suppliers, waste control, training junior chefs and team building. You will be an excellent communicator with a stable work history.

Experience

As the Chef de Partie you will be able to work on all sections of the kitchen and have good experience of working to 2AA Rosette standards or higher. You could be a Demi Chef looking for a new challenge or a Strong Chef de Partie looking for the next step in your career. You may have been working at Michelin level in a city location but now fancy the quality of life in the country but still working at a high level. The Head Chef is looking for a candidate on the way up the career ladder.
