Our client is recruiting Chef de Partie's for their busy 4* Hotel Restaurant near East Midlands Airport. This is an opportunity for a Chef to develop their career in a busy kitchen working for an established Head Chef you will gain valuable experience and training. You will prepare freshly cooked meals for around 100 covers during week nights and 150+ at weekends.
The Hotel is on the 24hr bus Skylink Bus Route from Derby City Centre so easily accessible on Public Transport.
The Job
*You will work on all sections of the kitchen
*Ordering for your section
*Ensuring your section is kept clean and tidy
Experience
* You will already have worked in a busy branded restaurant or pub kitchen
* Able to run a section
* Have NVQ level 2 or equivalent
* Hard Working and Enthusiastic
* Keen to develop and learn.
