Client Details

Our client is a 4* Hotel near Maidstone who are looking for a talented Senior Chef de Partie . As the Senior Chef de Partie you will work with fresh sourced ingredients and work under an experienced Head Chef.

Job Description

Working closely with the Head Chef you will prepare meals for the restaurant, conferences and banqueting at the hotel. You will be expected to work within each section confidently and oversee other members in the kitchen.

Experience

As the Senior Chef de Partie you must have experience of working in a restaurant or Hotel with all fresh ingredients . You will have ideally worked to 1AA Rosette or 4* Hotel standards. You will be a Senior Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge or a Strong Chef de Partie looking for the next step in your career.

Salary to £19,000
