Chef de Partie - AA Rosette Surrey £18.5k Chef de Partie + live in

Chef de Partie. Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their Country House Hotel within Surrey. They are looking for Chef who wants to work at AA Rosette level and has worked in a 4* hotel

The Role - Chef de Partie

* Working on the all Section's except Pastry
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
* Managing and ordering your own section

Experience

* You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a quality hotel, pub or restaurant
* Experience at 1-2AA rosette level
* Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent
* Knowledge of fine dining
