Larder Chef de Partie 4* Hotel near Dartford Kent Salary £18-20k + live in Chef de Partie

Larder Chef de Partie. An opportunity has arisen at our client based near Dartford for a chef to work in their busy property. As part of a hard working brigade you will be assist the Head Chef and running the Larder Section

The Role

* Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
* Working in the Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
* Preparing Restaurant & Bar Meals
* Opportunity for career development

The Person

* You will already be a Chef de Partie
* Able to work unsupervised
* Have experience of working in a 1-2AA rosette hotel or restaurant kitchen and banqueting
* Good attention to detail

Salary & Benefits

Salary to £18-20k depending on experience
