Chef de Partie Country Hotel New Forest, Hampshire

Our client is a Country Hotel in the New Forest who are recruiting a Chef de Partie. You will be a Chef de Partie working with the finest, freshest ingredient to produce great food in the restaurant and functions, parties and weddings.

The Role

* Working on all sections of the kitchen except Pastry
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
* Using fresh ingredients to produce meals of a high standard
* Opportunity for Career Progression

The Person

* Already a Demi or Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge
* Experience of working with fresh food and college qualification
* Capable and able to work unsupervised

Salary to £19k depending on experience
