Sous Chef. Our client based in Brockenhurst in the New Forest, Hampshire is recruiting a Sous Chef for their Country Hotel. This is an opportunity for a talented Sous Chef who is looking for a new challenge. The property has an excellent reputation for its food and service standards. The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef who can assist in delivering a modern, contemporary menu with all produce sourced and grown locally.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

* Management and Development of brigade in Head Chefs absence
* Ability to deliver rosette standard food
* Good Team Player & Motivator

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working at 1-2AA rosette kitchen
* Ambitious and career orientated

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary to £25k depending on experience
