Pastry Chef. Our client near Windermere is recruiting a talented Pastry Chef de Partie for their 2AA Rosette awarded hotel & restaurant. This is an opportunity to work at a high standard with the finest, freshest ingredients to produce pastry for the restaurant, functions and afternoon tea service.

Pastry Chef - The Role

* Reporting to the Head Chef you will by a Commis Chef
* Working in the 2AA Rosette awarded kitchen
* Preparing all desserts, breads and biscuits for the restaurant, afternoon teas & functions
* Opportunity to add your own dishes to the menu

The Person

* You will already be a qualified Pastry Chef with 1-2AA rosette experience
* Able to work manage your department
* Good attention to detail

Salary & Benefits

Salary to £24,000 + tips
