Chef de Partie Hotel Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire OX7 £18-20k - Straight Shifts

Chef de Partie. Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their hotel's banqueting department. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a country house hotel near Chipping Norton which offers fine dining and equally high standard banqueting.

The Role

* Working and producing meals for the banqueting kitchen
* Supporting the Head Chef in each service
* Managing and ordering for your own section - work 5 straight shifts

Experience

* You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in Rosette awarded hotel or restaurant
* Plating meals for large hotel banqueting
* Used to serving large volumes of customers for functions, parties and weddings
