Chef de Partie - Luxury Hotel, Evesham Chef de Partie

Chef de Partie. Our client based at this 2AA Rosette awarded Hotel Restaurant has a fantastic opportunity to join its brigade. This is an opportunity to produce meals for the fine dining restaurant and occasional private use weddings and not functions

The Role

* Working on all kitchen sections
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef
* Working in a 2AA rosette Kitchen producing lunch and dinner service

The Person

* Already a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef looking to move up
* Wanting to work at 2AA rosette level
* Have worked in at least 2AA rosette kitchen before
* Career focused and Team Player
* Wanting to learn and develop under talented Head Chef

Salary & Benefits

Salary package to £21k
£18k + £3k tips
Staff Accommodation provided
Meals
28 days holiday
