Pastry Chef de Partie. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen with our client in near Kettering for a Pastry Chef de Partie. The restaurant has been refurbished to a high standard and has a modern informal relaxed dining environment.

The Role

* Reporting to the Head Chef
* Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
* Preparing all Bread & Pastry for the restaurant

The Person

* You will already be a Pastry Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working in a good qualitt kitchen
* Good attention to detail
* Steady Career History. Not long spells of relief or overseas work.
