Excellent Opportunity in Country Hotel for First Sous Chef role

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based near Banbury for a Sous Chef to work in their Hotel & Restaurant. As part of a hard working brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving all fresh food for the restaurant, banqueting and bar meals to AA rosette level. The Head Chef is happy to take an experienced Junior Sous looking for a first Sous role

The Sous Chef Role

* Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
* Working in the kitchen using fresh ingredients
* Preparing and plating meals for restaurant, functions and bar meals
* Lead kitchen in Chef's absence
* Manage Paperwork and systems

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef or ambitious Junior Sous Chef
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working in an all fresh food AA rosette standard Kitchen
* Good attention to detail
