Commis Chef. Our client is a busy luxury Hotel in St.Albans who are recruiting a Commis Chef with experience of working with fresh food. You will be working with all fresh ingredients to produce food of a high standard. Our client is seeking an ambitious commis chef looking to start their career in this 2AA rosette awarded environment.

Job Description

As the Commis Chef, you will be trained to work across all sections of the kitchen and will be required to work in an efficient manner to the high standards set by the Head Chef. You will be keen to learn and progress your career quickly. You will have the highest work standards and ethics. Genuine career progression and training opportunities are also on offer.

Experience

You will already be working as a Chef in a good quality hotel, pub or restaurant with an emphasis on using fresh ingredients. You will have a professional cookery qualification.

Salary to £16k + tips £2-3k
