Commis Chef. Our clients are recruiting a Commis Chef for their fantastic Country Dining Pub near Petersfield .This is an opportunity for a Commis Chef to train and work with the Head Chef to produce outstanding all fresh food, locally sourced food to a high standard.

The Role

• You will work on all sections of the kitchen
• Preparing the mise en place
• Ensuring your section is kept clean and tidy

The Person

• Already working as Commis Chef in a fresh food environment with minimum 6 months experience
• NVQ2 or College Qualified
• Enthusiastic with positive attitude. Keen to learn.
• Ideal role for someone looking to learn in a busy environment from talented head chef
