Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Hospitality Sector - Telephone Based - Corby to £20k basic

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment are a specialist Hospitality Recruitment agency based at the Corby Enterprise Centre in Northamptonshire. Specialising in the permanent recruitment of Hospitality Staff we are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our team as we look to expand the business. The roles will be office based contacting candidates & clients over the telephone. You will therefore need an outgoing personality and be happy to make outgoing phone calls on a daily basis.

Position

* Making outgoing calls to interview and screen prospective candidates
* Calling and identifying both new and existing clients
* Excellent opportunity for someone to build long term career in all year round sector

Requirements

* Make out going telephone calls to prospective and existing clients & candidates
* Work to targets on monthly basis
* Self-motivated and confident personality
* Ambition to succeed and learn in sales environment with full admin and management support
* PC Literate with good IT skills and geographical knowledge of the UK

The Role is office based as our clients are based all over the UK. The role will involve making outgoing calls to prospective candidates and clients. You need to have a positive, enthusiastic and confident phone manner and be able to build relationships with people and work to targets.
