Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their popular pub serving all fresh food based in Berkhamstead. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef to take the next step in their career and manage an already popular and busy property with both locals and tourists. The property serves all freshly prepared food with a modern seasonal menu.

The Role

Working closely with the General Manager and Group Executive Chef
Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal products
Manage, Coach, Train and develop the brigade
Maintaining the Hygiene & Cleaning in the Kitchen to High Standards
Managing GP targets & Food Costs

The Person

Already working as a Head Chef
Excellent Communicator & People person
Experience of Fresh Food volume driven fresh kitchen
Good Kitchen manager
Strong Planning and GP costing skills

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary £33k + tips & bounus OTE £48k
