Demi Chef de Partie . Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their hotel near Oakham. This is an opportunity for a Demi Chef or experienced Commis to develop their career in a busy hotel which has al a carte dining and banqueting restaurants. Working for an established Head Chef you will gain valuable experience and training.

The Job

*You will work on all sections of the kitchen
*All meals prepared with fresh products
*Produce meals to high standard set by Head Chef
*Ensuring your section is kept clean and tidy

Experience

* You will already have worked in a professional hotel or restaurant kitchen
* Have a fantastic can do attitude
* Have NVQ level 2 or equivalent
