Sous Chef - Busy Dining Pub - Tonbridge, Kent £26k+ tips

Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef for their busy dining pub Near Tonbridge in Kent. They are looking for a Sous Chef who has experience of working in a busy all fresh food kitchen as numbers can approach 200 covers a day in busy services.

The Role

* Working on each section of the kitchen
* Supporting the Head Chef in each service.
* Running the kitchen in Head Chef's absence
* Ordering
* Stock take
* Managing your own section
* Good Communicator - able to supervise Junior Chefs

Experience

* You will already be working as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen
* Ability to work on each section using all fresh food as meals are all prepared from scratch
* NVQ Level two or equivalent
* Ideally have own transport due to location
