Excellent First Sous Chef Opportunity
Our client a busy dining pub just outside Bury St.Edmunds is recruiting a Sous Chef to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity, for a Sous or Strong CDP to join a fantastic pub as a AA rosette kitchen. The Head Chef is happy to appoint a first time Sous so will look at an experienced CDP on promotion.
The Role
* Working on all sections of the kitchen except Pastry
* Assisting the Head Chef and running kitchen in absence
* Using fresh ingredients to produce meals for the restaurant to rosette level
The Person
* Already a Sous or Chef de Partie on promotion
* Experience of working in busy kitchens to 1 rosette level ideally
* Capable and able to work unsupervised
