Chef de Partie - Luxury Venue - Henley on Thames Berkshire RG9 to £23k + live in

Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their luxury venue in Henley On Thames. They are looking for a Chef de Partie from a fresh food background who is used to producing high quality meals for large numbers of guests in a busy environment.

The Role

* Working on the all Section's except Pastry
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
* Managing and ordering your own section

Experience

* You will already be working as a Chef de Partie from a busy fresh food hotel or restaurant background
* Experience of catering for large numbers
* Positive attitude and enthusiastic
* Knowledge of fine dining - keen to develop kitchen career
