Our client based near Winchester is recruiting a Sous Chef to work in their award winning Dining Pub. This is an opportunity for Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to take the next step in their career. Working in an all fresh food dining pub you will be part of a 2AA rosette kitchen team.

Job Description

Prepare fresh cooked meals using locally sourced produce
Managing the brigade in Head Chef's absence
Ensuring Stock Ordering & Hygeine Levels

The Person

Ideally qualified to NVQ Level 2
Already working as a Junior Sous or Sous in a busy kitchen environment with 1-2AA rosettes
Good attention to detail
Confident & Enthusiastic
Steady work history
