Great CDP Opportunity in Busy Local Hotel

Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their busy hotel in Loughborough. This is an opportunity for a Chef de Partie to develop their career in a busy hotel which has al a carte dining and banqueting. Working for an established Head Chef you will gain valuable experience and training.

The Role

*You will work on all sections of the kitchen
*Prepare meals for restauarant, functions, banqueting and bar/lounge menu
*Produce meals to high standard set by Head Chef
*Ensuring your section is kept clean and tidy

Experience

* You will already have worked in a professional hotel kitchen using fresh produce
* Have a fantastic can do attitude
* Have NVQ level 2 or equivalent
* Must want to develop a career in Hotels

Salary & Benefits

Salary to £17k
5 Straight Shifts per week
