Banqueting Chef - Luxury Venue - Kettering

Our client is recruiting a Banqueting Chef for their luxury venue in Kettering. They are looking for Chef de Partie with experience of working with all fresh food to produce meals for lartge scale banqueting and weddings. The client can offer predominately straight shifts.

The Role

* Working and producing meals for the banqueting kitchen
* Supporting the Head Chef in each service
* Managing and ordering for your own section

Experience

* You will already be working as a Chef in a busy, hotel, pub or restaurant kitchen
* Plating meals for large banqueting
* Used to serving large volumes of customers for functions, parties and weddings

Salary & Benefits
