Great Sous Chef Opportunity in Restaurant with Rooms

Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at this Restaurant with Rooms south of Bath for a Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving fresh, locally sourced food to guests for lunch & dinner service.

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Working in the AA Rosette level kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients 
• Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service 
• Strong Management skills

The Person

• You will already be a Sous or Junior Sous wanting to step up
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members 
• Have experience of working in a AA rosette kitchen 
• Good attention to detail 
• Steady Career History. Not long spells of relief or overseas work.
