Sous Chef required for Busy Restaurant - Day Shifts Only

Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef for their busy all day restaurant and deli shop in Market Harborough. They are looking for Chef with experience of working with all fresh food to prepare meals for breakfast and lunch service. The client can offer an immediate start for the right candidate. The role is working day shifts five days from seven so no evenings with a 6pm finish.

The Role

• Working on each section of the kitchen
• Supporting the Head Chef and managing kitchen in his absence
• Managing and ordering for your own section

Experience

• You will already be working as a Sous Chef or expereinced Chef de Partie in Rosette awarded luxury 4* hotel, pub or restaurant
• Ability to work on each section and good team player.
• Cooked using all fresh, seasonal produce

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary £11ph all hours paid
