Pastry Chef - 4 * Hotel - Welwyn Garden City
Pastry Chef. Our client is recruiting a Pastry Chef for their 4 Hotel which has a 2AA rosette awarded restaurant. They are looking for a Pastry Chef to assist the Head Pastry Chef in producing 2AA Rosette level pastry for restaurant and functions
The Role
- Working on the Pastry section producing dishes for the restaurant, weddings, functions and afternoon teas
- Supported by a Head Pastry Chef
- Ordering for your section
Experience
- You will already have a pastry background in a busy hotel as a CDP
- Worked ideally in 1-2 AA rosette standard restaurant
- Looking for a career move - not a job hopper
