Excellent New Head Chef Opportunity for Country Dining Pub

Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their stylish country pub serving all fresh food based in the Market Harborough area. This is an opportunity for an exisiting Head Chef or ambitious Sous to take the next step in their career. The kitchen uses locally sourced produce where available from suppliers. They want to be proud of the provenance of local produce and be passionate about the food they serve. You will manage the kitchen team with support form a Group Execuitve Chef. The pub is a popular al fresco venue in the Summer months and uses a Pizza Oven for an authentic outdoor dining experience.

Head Chef - Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary up to £45k d.o.e
• Excellent tips & benefits worth £5-6k

Head Chef Role

• Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House Team
• Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal, local produce to prepare quality meals.
• Implement new menu ideas and keep focused on customer trends
• Good Communicator & People person
