Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their busy country pub serving all fresh food based near Redditch & Droitwich .This is an opportunity for an exisiting Head Chef or ambitious Souas looking for first Head Chef appointment. The kitchen uses locally sourced produce where available from local farms and suppliers. The pub serves a modern British menu and is popular with locals at the weekends and for Sunday Lunch.  The owners are happy to appoint a Sous looking for first Head Chef role. The pub is commutable from Redditch, Droitwich & Worcester in a country village location so you will need your own transport.

Head Chef Role

• Working closely with the General Manager and Owner
• Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal, local produce to prepare pub restaurant meals.
• Maintain Cleanliness and achieve GP targets
• Implement new menu ideas and keep focused on customer trends
• Good Communicator & People person
