Our prestigious college client is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join their team in Cambridge. They are looking for a Chef de Partie who has experience of working in a busy hotel kitchen or restaurant with a good knowledge of quality fine dining. The college need a well organised candidate that can manage junior staff and have responsibilities for due diligence, allergens, ordering and cash handling.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary to £29.5k d.o.e

- 37.5 hour week

The Role
- Working on the all Sections producing meals for restaurant and functions
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
- Managing and ordering your own section
- Working mixture of early and late shifts on rota basis
Experience
- You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a quality hotel, pub or restaurant
- Experience at with fresh food or in a quality kitchen environment
- Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent
- Career Focused
