Shift Manager - Busy Hotel & Restaurant - Norfolk Coast

Our client is recruiting a Shift Manager for their busy hotel & restaurant in Hunstanton. They are looking for a confident and personable Shift Manager with good all round Bar & Restaurant skills. This is a hands on role so you will interact with customers on a daily basis.

• Salary to £28000
• Weekly Pay & Staff Accommodation
• 28 days holiday
• Meals, PPE

The Role

• Managing Duty Shifts
• Supporting the General Manager
• Working behind Bar & Serving food

The Person 

• Outgoing friendly and professional
• Good knowledge of food and wine
• Already working as a supervisor or manager in food led business
• Good knowledge of room bookings
• Ability to offer a friendly and relaxed service even when busy
