Food & Beverage Operations Manager - Luxury 5* Hotel - Berkshire

Our Client is recruiting an Food & Beverage Operations Manager for their luxury hotel near Ascot and Sunningdale.  This is an opportunity for an Operations Manager or F&B Manager to further thier career in an outstanding luxury property.

Operations Manager - The Role

• Reporting to the F&B Director
• Assisting the General Manager in all aspects of hotel management 
• Involved in all aspects of Food and Beverage and service
• Budget setting and financial planning 
• Ensuring service standards are maintained and improved 

Operations Manager -The Person

• Already working as an Operations Manager
• Ideally have 5* hotel experience
• Excellent Wine & Food knowledge
• Financially aware and able to manage budgets 
• Strong leader and coach 
• An excellent communicator with colleagues and guests 

Operations Manager - Salary & Benefits

• Salary to £50k based on experience
