Human Resources Cluster Manager - Bedfordshire Area

Our client is recruiting a cluster HR Manager for their luxury hotels based in Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire. This is a role for a HR Manager with hotel or hospitality industry experience. Reporting to the General Manager you will be a key member of the management team. You will be supported by 2 other colleagues in the team. The role is 5 days out of 7 with a 42.5 hour contract. One day a week can be work remotely. You will need your own transport as the role will mainly be based in Bedford but will require travel to Hertfordshire as well.

The Role

• Managing all aspects of the HR function
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Devising training and development plans
• Payroll queries & Working time
• Legal and HR process management support from third parties
• Recruitment & Retention

The Person

• Has experience of working in the hotel or hospitality industry is ideal
• CIPD qualified or working toward qualification in the hospitality Industry
• Strong HR skills and able to manage a developing and multi skilled workforce
