Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their country pub serving all fresh food based near Banbury in Oxfordshire. This is an opportunity for an existing Head Chef or Sous Chef to take the next step in their career. The kitchen serves all freshly prepared food with a Classic Pub Menu and daily specials. You will supported by an experienced and knowledgeable owner. The pub serves around 50 covers at the weekends and is quieter during the week.
Salary & Benefits

The Role
- Working closely with the Owners
- Producing Fresh Cooked Food
- Manage the kitchen and achieve GP targets
The Person
- Already working as a Head or Sous Chef
- Excellent Communicator & People person
- Experience of Fresh Food kitchen
- Good Kitchen manager and able to work on own when required
- Has own transport due to location.
