A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Burford & Witney area for a Sous Chef to work in their traditional inn with rooms. This is an opportunity for an exisiting Sous Chef or ambitious CDP to take the next step in their career and work in an already popular and busy property with both locals and tourists. The property serves all freshly prepared food with a Modern British Menu and daily specials

Salary & Benefits

• Salary to £35k £5k tips = £40k

The Role

• Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
• Encouraging and developing Junior Chefs 
• Preparing meals for the bar and restaurant
• Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to meals for service

The Person

• You will already be a Sous Chef or ambitious CDP in a Restaurant or Pub serving all fresh food
• Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator 
• Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude 
• Steady Career History
