Excellent New Sous Chef Opportunity at Popular Restaurant

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Uppingham for a Sous Chef to work in their all fresh produce restaurant. The kitchen prepares meals for lunch and dinner service using all fresh produce. The kitchen uses all locally sourced, seasonal produce and everything is made on site. The role is 48 hours per week.

The Role

  • Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
  • Kitchen Management duties
  • Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels


The Person

  • You will already be a Sous Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
  • Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator 
  • Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
